She is tenured in Human Resources Management, building relationships with cross functional teams, performance management training and execution, staffing, employment laws, & she is Six Sigma Green trained. Monica can provide full solution services focused on strategic and analytical solutions in conflict resolution, organizational development, succession planning, focus groups, training, and negotiating, while delivering corporate initiatives.
With a master’s degree in Human Resources Management, a bachelor’s degree in Business Management Administration and offering 25+ years of hands-on business experience, she has the skills and knowledge to assist with your Human Resources needs. Monica has a track record. Monica is a member of the National Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and she is also an active member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
